Board Of Directors

RCE International’s Board of Directors is responsible for the general oversight of RCE and for the vision and financial integrity of the ministry. The Board creates and approves all operating policies of RCE to ensure that the ministry meets all laws and regulations. The Finance Committee of the Board oversees the finances of the organization and presents an annual operating budget to the Board for approval.

Board Chairman
John is an independent businessman and has served as a missionary with his wife Beth, at the Alliance Academy International in Quito, Ecuador and also with a mission school in Haiti.

Terry Williams

Board Secretary / Treasurer
Terry is the Vice President of Consulting Services for an accounting and consulting service provider in Wheaton, IL, and has served on the board and as President and Vice President of other mission organizations.

Brett Howard

Brett currently serves RCE as the president of the organization. He also has experience in overseas missions as well as business and ministry in the US.

John serves as a Missionary with Operations Mercy and was previously involved in business in Canada.

Dr. Cynthia Steury

Cindy is the Assistant Dean for Faculty Development and an Associate Professor of Education at Huntington University in Huntington, IN.

Dr. Rohn Peterson

Rohn is the superintendent of the Roanoke-Bensen school district in Roanoke, IL and is a past director of Alliance Academy International in Quito, Ecuador.
