Commitment to Stewardship & Financial Responsibility
RCE takes seriously our responsibility to operate with complete integrity and in a manner that is honoring to the Lord. We are committed to managing our finances and utilizing donations for the support of our ministry and ministry projects so that we remain in full compliance with all Internal Revenue Service laws and expectations. We diligently strive to follow all regulations of the IRS, the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security for the protection of our donors as well as our partner ministries.
Financial Oversight
RCE is governed by an independent Board of Directors that provides general oversight for the vision and financial integrity of the ministry. The Board creates and approves all operating policies of RCE to ensure that the ministry meets all laws and regulations. The Finance Committee of the Board oversees the finances of the organization and presents an annual operating budget to the Board for approval.
