We also offer an Electronic Funds Transfer where your donation is deducted directly from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis.  Please fill out and return the EFT Brochure to set up your automatic donations.

Contributions are solicited with the understanding that RCE International will exercise appropriate discretion and control over the use of all tax-deductible donated funds and will use them for the furtherance of RCE ministry while honoring the designation of the donor in accordance with tax-exempt laws and expectations.

  2. Are my gifts tax deductible?

Yes, since RCE is approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, all contributions, when applied to an activity under our control, may be reported as tax-deductible.  NOTE, if you would like to designate the contribution as a personal gift directly to a missionary (for example, a birthday or Christmas gift), such contributions must be treated as non-tax deductible.  See How can I give? above for more information.

  3. How do I get more financial information about RCE?

RCE has established a fundamental operating principle of integrity and transparency concerning its operations and finances. For more information about RCE, our finances or our ministry, please contact our President at: bhoward@rce-international.org

  4. What about financial accountability?

RCE has been member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) since 2005 and abides by all of their strict requirements. An independent certified accounting firm conducts a full audit of RCE's finances every year and an independent Board of Directors conducts an annual budget approval process with regular financial reviews.  RCE complies with all International Revenue Service regulations and annually submits a tax return for the organization as required by the IRS.
