Commitment to Stewardship & Financial Responsibility

RCE International takes seriously our responsibility to operate with complete integrity and in a manner that is honoring to the Lord. We are committed to managing our finances and utilizing donations for the support of our ministry and ministry projects so that we remain in full compliance with all Internal Revenue Service laws and expectations. We diligently strive to follow all regulations of the IRS, the Department of the Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security for the protection of our donors as well as our partner ministries.

Financial Oversight

RCE is governed by an independent Board of Directors that provides general oversight for the vision and financial integrity of the ministry. The Board creates and approves all operating policies of RCE to ensure that the ministry meets all laws and regulations. The Finance Committee of the Board oversees the finances of the organization and presents an annual operating budget to the Board for approval.

Questions or comments for RCE’s Board of Directors can be sent to RCEBoard@rce-international.org.

RCE is analyzed each year by the non-profit organization Charity Navigator, which has the stated aim to help advance a more efficient and responsive philanthropic marketplace, in which givers and the charities they support work in tandem to overcome our nation’s and the world’s most persistent challenges. Specifically, Charity Navigator’s rating system examines two broad areas of a charity’s performance: their Financial Health and their Accountability & Transparency. Their ratings show givers how efficiently they believe a charity will use their support today, how well it has sustained its programs and services over time and their level of commitment to good governance, best practices and openness with information. They provide these ratings so that charitable givers and social investors can make intelligent giving decisions, and so that the nonprofit sector can improve its performance.

RCE has received Charity Navigator’s highest rating of Four Stars out of a possible four. RCE’s rating by Charity Navigator can be viewed here.
